Be careful for nothing; but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passes all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7

Facing an uncertain future and the surmounting pressures of our everyday fast-pace lives there seems not to be a lack of "things" to worry about. Will there be enough money to pay bills this month? Are we saving enough for our kids to attend college? What will happen to the economy? And the "what if" list seems to grow by leaps and bounds with each taxing day.

Yet, God tells us not to worry! I have to admit, sometimes that's not the easiest thing to do. We get so caught up focusing on what is going on around us today and what the future might hold, we forget we serve an all powerful, all knowing, loving, caring, faithful Heavenly Father! He's very aware of what you're going through today and is simply waiting for you to call upon Him.

Can we change the future? No, but our Daddy God holds the future in His capable hands. He is simply waiting for us to stop worrying and call out to Him. We must learn to keep our eyes focused on Jesus and His faithfulness and love toward us. As we spend time fellowshipping with our Creator, we can learn to trust Him. We can learn to walk in the peace that passes all natural understanding.

We can get up each morning and say, "Lord Jesus, I trust you today with my life, my family, and my future."

Feeling so blessed. I just did an interview with Mary Hanks. She asked questions concerning how and why I wrote Adventures with Abba. We also talked about how it effects our daily lives. Thank you Mary! You may view the complete interview at Mary E Hanks: Interview with Pam Branstetter

Get ready to be challenged.

Someone recently asked me why I chose the antique look for the cover of Adventures with Abba. Very simply, God never changes. He's the same yesterday, today, and forever. His Word never varies. The mode of delivery may alter but His Word remains the same throughout the ages! What He promised from the beginning of time is still relevant and applicable today in our lives. Our Heavenly Father cannot go back on His Word. He LOVES YOU and desires a personal relationship with YOU.
Thank God for His unchanging love!

Over the years our precious Savior took us on many journeys through dreams, visions, times of prayer, or studying His Word. Some were life changing for us and others brought peace and strength during difficult situations. Where will your adventures with Abba take you?
Tell us of your adventures with Abba!
